Custom Three-Season Room with Privacy Wall
The Challenge
Our client wanted a comfortable, bug-free space where they could enjoy the outdoors without sacrificing privacy. With one side of their property exposed to a close neighbour, their dream of a relaxing retreat needed just the right balance of openness and seclusion.
Our Solution
We designed and built a fully customized three-season room featuring Weatherwall windows and a PCA Products door, all in a bronze finish to complement the home’s exterior. A custom-built privacy wall was added to block the neighbour’s view, creating a calm, personal space. Everything was built to fit onsite, ensuring a seamless integration with the existing structure.
To enhance their connection with nature, we even included a bird feeder arm, giving them the joy of daily birdsong right outside their window.
